1. Everyone has their own dream model. Please fire up your talent to express the competition theme of 「
Upgrade」, whatever it is a brand-new design scooter or 「Upgrade」the PGO existing scooters. If your work
is attractive enough, you will have the chance to win the prize from us.
2. Activity time：From February 25th to June 29th, 2010

3. Competition groups & instruction：
＊ Brand-new modeling design group
(1) Please send us three different angle drawings (Including 45 degree of front left side view picture, side view picture and
45 degree of rear left side view picture).
(2) Regarding any of important parts you modified, please explain to auditors about your design ideas.
(3) Please register your information on PGO official website and become PGO members. The member could be personal
or group (If you register the information by group, please recommend someone to be your representative).
(4) Upload your works to PGO official website.
(5) Name your works and tell us your design thought.
(6) After passing the examination, you can start the competition.
＊ Upgrade existing PGO models group
(1) Please take three pictures after you modify any of PGO models. ( Including 45 degree of front left side view picture,
side view picture and 45 degree of rear left side view picture)
(2) Regarding any of important parts you modified, please explain to auditors about your design ideas.
(3) Please register your information on PGO official website and become PGO members. The member could be personal
or group (If you register the information by group, please recommend someone to be your representative).
(4) Upload your works to PGO official website.
(5) Name your works and tell us your design thought.
(6) After passing the examination, you can start the competition.
4. Notice
(1) Upload file must be JPEG or GIF( Please switch to RGB in order to browse on the web easily)
(2) Upload file is including 45 degree of front left side view picture, side view picture and 45 degree of rear left side view
picture. Quantity of contribution is base on appearance of design. If there are different kinds of works, please upload
files dividedly.
(3) All of works must be 800 pixels*600pixels, 72dpi, and the file size can not over 500k. If the file size is not following our
rules, the auditor will check the state to reject works.
(4) In order to keep fair, all of competitors must supply us pictures according to our rules (45 degree of front left side view
picture, side view picture and 45 degree of rear left side view picture).
(5) We will take 3 working days to audit all of works. After passed the audition, works will be displayed on “Works” of
our website.
5. ALL of works that pass the audit will be browed and elected publicly by internet.
6. Award：

Gold designer one person：NT$50,000，same foreign currency for foreign competitor
Silver designer one person：NT$10,000，same foreign currency for foreign competitor
Bronze designer one person：NT$5,000，same foreign currency for foreign competitor
★ Upgrade existing PGO models group
Gold designer：Brembo Caliper*1set( front & rear)
Silver designer：PGO TOPCASE*1set (including rear rack ) +VIESHOW TICKET×6pcs
Bronze designer：VIESHOW TICKET×10pcs+ Worldscreen*3 months
★ Participator’s award
3 person：VIESHOW TICKET×10pc+ Worldscreen*3 months，3 of people who participating in this activity will be
elected randomly by computer (the winners of this prize must live in Taiwan)
7.Audit way: Internet share 50%, auditors share 50%, auditors will organized by Motive Power Inc. chiefs and professional
staff, and auditors will audit works according to idea, esthetic and possibility of production.
8. The prize can not be exchanged into cash.
9.Before we deliver the prizes, the ID of these Winners will be checked which must be the same with the original information.
10.After announcement we will contact with winners within 1month (July. 14, 2010), if the winners can’t be reached, the
winner’s qualification may be canceled without notice.
11.Winners must pay income tax according to Taiwan tax laws.
12. Motive Power Inc will have the right to modify or cancel this activity anytime without notice in advance. And Motive Power
Inc. also has the right to explain or decide all kinds of problem.
13. Motive Power Inc. will have the right to use all designers’ data and works for promotion without notice.
14. Attention：
(1) If Motive Power Inc. does not make each detail clearly, we reserve the right to modify the rule of this competition
any time. If this activity be canceled by uncertain reasons, Motive Power Inc. will have the right to modify, postpone
or cancel this activity without noticing.
(2) So the copyright of all works belong to Motive Power Inc. The designs of this activity can be used in mass-
production, recopy without paying, publication, demonstration, debut, advertisement and other related activities for
promotion. MOTIVE POWER Inc. has the right to transfer the right to third party. Participator can not alienate similar
idea and design to any third party.
(3) The participator must promise all information are correct and without copying any third party’s concept. If we find
out any incorrect information, the qualification will be canceled and legal action will be taken.
(4) If there are any problem that we can not control caused the file missed, mistake, ruined or can not identify, we will
not take any legal responsibility and participators can not reject.
(5) Works can not contain any sex, violence, personal attack, religion, political issues … Or auditors have the right to
reject the works.
(6) If we find out works involved copy, plagiarism or injure third party, participator will responsible and Motive Power Inc.
can stop or cancel the right of competition anytime. If it is necessary we will cancel participator’s qualification and
take back the award, in the meantime we will public in our website.
(7) All of prize must be included income tax according to Taiwan tax laws.
(8) When voting, each member can vote one time a day.
